Puedes devolver los productos que hayas comprado de forma gratuita dentro de los 14 días posteriores a la recepción de tu pedido.
Los productos deben estar en condiciones de reventa. Si el producto, su caja o su embalaje presentan algún tipo de deformación, la devolución no será aceptada.
Por razones de higiene, no se aceptan devoluciones de ropa interior y bikinis si la banda protectora ha sido retirada.
Si se adhieren cintas, etiquetas u otros adhesivos en el embalaje o caja del producto, se considerará que ha perdido su condición de reventa, y la devolución no será aceptada.
Cada pedido tiene derecho a un solo envío de devolución gratuito. Si un pedido contiene varios productos y estos se devuelven en envíos separados, el primer envío de devolución será gratuito, pero se aplicará una tarifa de envío de 79 TL por cada paquete de devolución adicional.
Las devoluciones que no cumplan con estas condiciones no serán aceptadas y se enviarán de vuelta con pago contra entrega.
Reembolsos
Si los productos devueltos cumplen con las condiciones de devolución, el proceso de reembolso se completará en un plazo de 10 días y se enviará a tu banco. El monto reembolsado generalmente se reflejará en las tarjetas de crédito dentro de 1-3 días hábiles, mientras que este proceso puede tardar más para tarjetas de débito, dependiendo de tu banco. Los reembolsos de pagos a plazos se procesarán en cuotas, según las políticas del banco. Puedes hacer un seguimiento del proceso de reembolso contactando con tu banco.

- Geçerli Fiyat: Bu garanti, yalnızca sitede listelenen fiyat veya indirimli liste fiyatları için geçerlidir. Diğer sitelerin sunduğu özel kod indirimleri, gizli fırsatlar veya ek promosyonlar bu kapsam dışında bırakılmıştır.
- Mağaza Fiyatları Hariç: Fiziksel mağazalarda uygulanan fiyatlar, En İyi Fiyat Garantisi kapsamında değerlendirilmez.
