Si se adhieren cintas, etiquetas u otros adhesivos en el embalaje o caja del producto, se considerará que ha perdido su condición de reventa, y la devolución no será aceptada.

Cada pedido tiene derecho a un solo envío de devolución gratuito. Si un pedido contiene varios productos y estos se devuelven en envíos separados, el primer envío de devolución será gratuito, pero se aplicará una tarifa de envío de 79 TL por cada paquete de devolución adicional.

Las devoluciones que no cumplan con estas condiciones no serán aceptadas y se enviarán de vuelta con pago contra entrega.

Reembolsos

Si los productos devueltos cumplen con las condiciones de devolución, el proceso de reembolso se completará en un plazo de 10 días y se enviará a tu banco. El monto reembolsado generalmente se reflejará en las tarjetas de crédito dentro de 1-3 días hábiles, mientras que este proceso puede tardar más para tarjetas de débito, dependiendo de tu banco.
