Free Returns
In order to initiate the return process for Milagron members, you must log in to our website and start the return process of the relevant product and/or products from the My Orders section.
The product and/or products you have purchased; You can return your cargo free of charge within 14 days after you receive it.
The product and/or products must not have lost their resellability. If there is any deformation on the product itself, its box or packaging, returns will not be accepted.
Tape, label, etc. to be adhered to the product packaging or box. Returns of products are strictly not accepted as everything causes the product to lose its resaleability.
Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a prepayment charge.
Refunds
If the products you return comply with the return conditions, the refund will be completed within 10 days and forwarded to your bank. While the refunded amount is reflected on credit cards within 1-3 business days on average, this process may take longer for cash cards depending on your bank. Refunds of installment payments are made in installments in accordance with bank processes. You can follow the refund process by contacting your bank.
