After cleansing your skin, apply a few drops of facial oil to the skin. This will help the Jade Stone Facial Massager glide easily on the skin and, thanks to the stone, help the skin absorb facial oil better and increase its benefits. Massage starting from the neck towards the forehead line with not too hard and not vertical pressure. For the most effective results, repeat your massage for 5-10 minutes every morning and evening.

Place the stone in the refrigerator or on ice for extra cooling and relief. The stone is naturally cold, but this extra temperature drop will support circulation and natural collagen production, drain clogged lymph nodes, flush toxins from your body, and help with sinus issues.

When you first get your stone, wash it with natural soap and water. Just clean the stones with a damp cloth after each use.

You can do at least 10 repetitions in each direction. Increase the number of repetitions according to skin type and needs.

You can return the product(s) you have purchased free of charge within 14 days after receiving your order.

The product(s) must not have lost their resalable condition. If the product itself, its box, or packaging is deformed in any way, the return will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear and bikinis with the protective strip removed.

Applying tape, labels, or any other adhesives on the product packaging or box will cause the product to lose its resalable condition, and such returns will not be accepted.

Each order is entitled to one free return shipment. If an order contains multiple products and these products are returned separately in different shipments, the first return shipment is free, but a shipping fee of 79 TL will be charged for each additional return package.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with cash-on-delivery shipping.

Refunds

If the returned products meet the return conditions, the refund process will be completed within 10 days and forwarded to your bank. The refunded amount is typically reflected in credit card accounts within 1-3 business days, while this process may take longer for debit cards, depending on your bank. Refunds for installment payments are processed in installments due to bank policies. You can track the refund process by contacting your bank.
