Free shipping is available for orders of 3,500 TL or more across Turkey.
Free Returns
For Milagron members, in order to initiate a return process, you must first log into our website, go to the "My Orders" section, and start the return process for the relevant product(s). Then, you need to send the item(s) back to us using the return code provided below.
You can return the product(s) free of charge within 14 days after receiving your order.
The product(s) must retain their resellable condition. If the product, its packaging, or its box has any damage or deformation, the return will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear and bikinis with the protective band removed.
Applying any tape, label, or similar item to the product packaging or box will result in the product losing its resellable condition; therefore, the return will be strictly rejected.
Each order is entitled to one free return shipment. If your order contains multiple items and you choose to return them separately in different shipments, a 79 TL shipping fee will be charged for each additional return shipment after the first free return.
Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a cash-on-delivery payment.
Refunds
Once the returned product(s) are inspected for compliance with the return conditions, eligible refunds will be processed on the same business day. The refund will be issued to your credit or debit card via your bank. The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank's internal procedures.
