How to use?

Essential oils (volatile oils) are very powerful oils. It must be diluted with a fixed oil and applied to the skin.

It can be mixed with a fixed oil (separated coconut oil) and applied to the wrists, temples, soles of the feet, and the back of the neck.

It is recommended to dilute 0.1% around the eyes and use it with Sweet Almond Oil.
