The color glazes of my bowls are safe for our pet friends. It does not interact with food, does not emit harmful substances, does not oxidize. The glaze contains natural dye, so the color of the pots does not fade, flow or scratch.

Free Returns
In order to initiate the return process for Milagron members, you must log in to our website and start the return process of the relevant product and/or products from the My Orders section.

The product and/or products must not have lost their resellability. If there is any deformation on the product itself, its box or packaging, returns will not be accepted.

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a prepayment charge.
Refunds
If the products you return comply with the return conditions, the refund will be completed within 10 days and forwarded to your bank. While the refunded amount is reflected on credit cards within 1-3 business days on average, this process may take longer for cash cards depending on your bank.
