Dionesse Golden Touch Soap is 100% handmade. Equal amounts of 24 carat gold particles are sprinkled by hand and the gold leaf is carefully placed in the middle of our soap mold. Its intense creamy foam gently cleans your skin. It quickly passes the effects of the 24k gold, stem cells and valuable complexes contained in the soap onto your skin. It brightens your skin and significantly improves wrinkles and fine lines. It has a firming and moisturizing effect. It eliminates the damage caused by chemicals. It nourishes your hair and gives it a healthy shiny appearance.

How to use?

Apply this soap, which increases the number of hair follicles, creates a botox effect on the skin and evens out the color tone, on your clean skin.

Free Returns

Milagron members must log in to their account on our website and initiate the return process for the relevant product(s) from the "My Orders" section to start a return request.

You can return the product(s) you have purchased free of charge within 14 days after receiving your order.

The product(s) must not have lost their resalable condition. If the product itself, its box, or packaging is deformed in any way, the return will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear and bikinis with the protective strip removed.

Applying tape, labels, or any other adhesives on the product packaging or box will cause the product to lose its resalable condition, and such returns will not be accepted.

Each order is entitled to one free return shipment. If an order contains multiple products and these products are returned separately in different shipments, the first return shipment is free, but a shipping fee of 79 TL will be charged for each additional return package.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with cash-on-delivery shipping.

Refunds

If the returned products meet the return conditions, the refund process will be completed within 10 days and forwarded to your bank. The refunded amount is typically reflected in credit card accounts within 1-3 business days, while this process may take longer for debit cards, depending on your bank. Refunds for installment payments are processed in installments due to bank policies. You can track the refund process by contacting your bank.
