Peppermint Essential Oil is obtained from the roots and leaves of the plant. It has a rich ratio of 'Menthol (50-60%)' and 'Menthone (10-30%)'. It is obtained by water or steam distillation of the fresh or semi-dry upper leaves and roots of the plant.

How to use?

By mixing it with a fixed oil (separated coconut oil), it can be applied to the body, wrists, temples, soles of the feet, and the back of the neck.

You can add a few drops to bath water and relax in the water for 20 minutes.

You can add it to your skin care products or skin care oils to beautify the skin. For the face, it is recommended to use it by diluting a maximum of 1%.

For oily skin, it is recommended to use with Decomposed Coconut Oil, Jojoba or Argan oil.

For dry skin, it is recommended to use SheaButter with Apricot Kernel Oil.

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Internal use: Dilute one drop in four fluid ounces of liquid.

Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
