Milagron members must log in to their account on our website and initiate the return process for the relevant product(s) from the "My Orders" section to start a return request.

You can return the product(s) you have purchased free of charge within 14 days after receiving your order.
The product(s) must not have lost their resalable condition. If the product itself, its box, or packaging is deformed in any way, the return will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear and bikinis with the protective strip removed.
Applying tape, labels, or any other adhesives on the product packaging or box will cause the product to lose its resalable condition, and such returns will not be accepted.
Each order is entitled to one free return shipment. If an order contains multiple products and these products are returned separately in different shipments, the first return shipment is free, but a shipping fee of 79 TL will be charged for each additional return package.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with cash-on-delivery shipping.
Refunds
If the returned products meet the return conditions, the refund process will be completed within 10 days and forwarded to your bank. The refunded amount is typically reflected in credit card accounts within 1-3 business days, while this process may take longer for debit cards, depending on your bank. Refunds for installment payments are processed in installments due to bank policies. You can track the refund process by contacting your bank.

Müşterilerimize en uygun fiyatları sunma konusunda kararlıyız. Bu doğrultuda, satın aldığınız bir ürünün liste fiyatını 7 gün içinde başka bir çevrimiçi platformda daha düşük bir fiyatla bulmanız durumunda, aradaki farkı iade etmeyi garanti ediyoruz.
Bunu gerçekleştirmek için, temin ettiğiniz ürünü satın alma tarihinden itibaren 7 gün içerisinde Türkiye’deki herhangi bir online satış platformunda daha uygun bir liste fiyatıyla gördüğünüzde yapmanız gereken tek şey, ilgili sitenin bağlantısını ve sipariş bilgilerinizi info@milagron.com adresine iletmek. Destek ekibimiz, gönderdiğiniz bilgileri değerlendirerek bir hafta içerisinde size geri dönüş sağlayacaktır. İnceleme sonucunda fiyat farkı doğrulanırsa, fark tutarı ödediğiniz yöntemle 3 iş günü içerisinde hesabınıza iade edilecektir.
En İyi Fiyat Garantisi Şartları
- Ürün Özellikleri: Fiyat farkını talep ettiğiniz ürün, renk, beden, marka ve diğer özellikler bakımından tamamen aynı olmalıdır.
- Geçerli Fiyat: Bu garanti, yalnızca sitede listelenen fiyat veya indirimli liste fiyatları için geçerlidir. Diğer sitelerin sunduğu özel kod indirimleri, gizli fırsatlar veya ek promosyonlar bu kapsam dışında bırakılmıştır.
- Mağaza Fiyatları Hariç: Fiziksel mağazalarda uygulanan fiyatlar, En İyi Fiyat Garantisi kapsamında değerlendirilmez.
- Kargo ve Ek Ücretler: En İyi Fiyat Garantisi, yalnızca ürünün satış fiyatını kapsar. Kargo masrafları veya diğer ek hizmet ücretleri bu garantiye dahil edilmez.
- Ödeme Şekli ve Ek Avantajlar: Ödeme yöntemlerine özel indirimler veya taksit fırsatları, En İyi Fiyat Garantisi kapsamında değerlendirilmez.
