Tencel /Lyocell elyaflar, sürdürülebilirlik gözetilen ormanlardan elde edilen ağaç ham maddesinden çevreye duyarlı süreçlerle üretilir. TENCEL™/Lyocell elyaflar botanik köken, sürdürülebilir üretim, ciltte nazik dokunuş, daha uzun süreli yumuşaklık, ipeksi pürüzsüzlük, daha fazla nefes alabilme, daha kalıcı renkler ve doğada çözünürlük gibi çeşitli özellikler sunar. Doğal konforuyla bilinen TENCEL™ Lyocell elyaf bu kalitemizde performans özelliklerini geliştirmek için organik pamuk ile birlikte kullanılmıştır. Organik pamuk ise suni gübre ve tarım ilacı kullanılmada, genetiği değiştirilmiş tohumlar olmadan yetiştirilen pamuktur. Organik pamuk konvansiyonel pamuğa göre tamamen doğal yöntemlerle üretilmekte ve doğanın korunmasına destek vererek sürdürülebilir tarıma ve su ayak izinin azaltılmasına katkı sağlamaktadır.

Ürünlerimizin ense ve iç etiketleri dahil olmak üzere tüm yan detayları sürdürülebilir materyallerle üretilmiştir. Siparişiniz size sürdürülebilir paketler içerisinde teslim edilecektir.

Free Returns

In order to initiate the return process for Milagron members, you must log in to our website and start the return process of the relevant product and/or products from the My Orders section.

The product and/or products you have purchased; You can return your cargo free of charge within 14 days after you receive it.

The product and/or products must not have lost their resellability. If there is any deformation on the product itself, its box or packaging, returns will not be accepted.

Tape, label, etc. to be adhered to the product packaging or box. Returns of products are strictly not accepted as everything causes the product to lose its resaleability.

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a prepayment charge.

Refunds

If the products you return comply with the return conditions, the refund will be completed within 10 days and forwarded to your bank. While the refunded amount is reflected on credit cards within 1-3 business days on average, this process may take longer for cash cards depending on your bank. Refunds of installment payments are made in installments in accordance with bank processes. You can follow the refund process by contacting your bank.
