Free Returns

You can return the product(s) you have purchased free of charge within 14 days after receiving your order.

The product(s) must not have lost their resalable condition. If the product itself, its box, or packaging is deformed in any way, the return will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear and bikinis with the protective strip removed.

Applying tape, labels, or any other adhesives on the product packaging or box will cause the product to lose its resalable condition, and such returns will not be accepted.

Each order is entitled to one free return shipment. If an order contains multiple products and these products are returned separately in different shipments, the first return shipment is free, but a shipping fee of 79 TL will be charged for each additional return package.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with cash-on-delivery shipping.

Refunds

If the returned products meet the return conditions, the refund process will be completed within 10 days and forwarded to your bank. The refunded amount is typically reflected in credit card accounts within 1-3 business days, while this process may take longer for debit cards, depending on your bank. Refunds for installment payments are processed in installments due to bank policies. You can track the refund process by contacting your bank.
