Palo Santo, Güney Amerika'da yetişen bir ağaçtan elde edilen bir doğal tütsüdür.
Araştırmalara göre Palo Santo limonen gibi terpenoitler açısından zengin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ağacın içeriğinde bulunan bileşenler zihnimizi sakinleştirmemize, odaklanmamıza, konsantrasyonumuzun artmasına yardımcı olur.
Bu kutsal ağaç amazonlu Şamanlar tarafından asırlarca arınmak, zihnin rahatlaması ve ruhun temizlenmesi için kullanılmıştır. Şamanlar bu tütsünün bilgeliği arttırdığını ve duygusal hastalıkları önlediğini düşünür. Eski dönemlerde şamanlar tarafından da oldukça kullanılan Palo Santo ağaç tütsüsü ile ciddi hastalıklar da tedavi edilmeye çalışılırdı.
Kullanımı:
1) Palo Santo'nun uç kısmını yakın ve alevi söndürün. Alev söndükten sonra, tütsü hafifçe yanmaya başlayacak ve beyaz duman çıkacaktır.
2) Tütsüden yayılan dumanı, oda veya kişinin etrafında dolaştırın. Bu sırada, niyetinizi düşünün ve rahatlamaya odaklanın.

Free Returns
