Lavandula x intermedia is a hybrid plant created by combining Lavandula angustifolia, which grows in the high mountainous parts of the Mediterranean, and Lavandula latifolia, which grows in the lowlands. Hybrid Lavender, which has a unique beauty with its dark purple-blue flowers, is one of the most common plants used in essential oil production. Hybrid Lavender Essential Oil is widely used by the fragrance industry all over the world with its camphor component. Hybrid Lavender essential oil relaxes your body and mind while helping relax muscles and soothe muscle pain. When used topically, it helps reduce the appearance of scars, stretch marks and other skin problems. In addition, Hybrid Lavender Essential Oil is a great oil to support the respiratory system, especially during periods of seasonal illness. You can return the product(s) you have purchased free of charge within 14 days after receiving your order.

The product(s) must not have lost their resalable condition. If the product itself, its box, or packaging is deformed in any way, the return will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear and bikinis with the protective strip removed.

Applying tape, labels, or any other adhesives on the product packaging or box will cause the product to lose its resalable condition, and such returns will not be accepted.

Each order is entitled to one free return shipment. If an order contains multiple products and these products are returned separately in different shipments, the first return shipment is free, but a shipping fee of 79 TL will be charged for each additional return package.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with cash-on-delivery shipping.

Refunds

If the returned products meet the return conditions, the refund process will be completed within 10 days and forwarded to your bank. The refunded amount is typically reflected in credit card accounts within 1-3 business days, while this process may take longer for debit cards, depending on your bank. Refunds for installment payments are processed in installments due to bank policies. You can track the refund process by contacting your bank.
