Use of

Our Double Head Roller series has 2 rollers, large and small.

After applying a product suitable for your skin type from Root Aromatherapy fixed oils or skin care serums, use the large roller head of the Pink Quartz Roller Facial Massager for the cheeks, forehead, neck and décolleté area; Roll by applying pressure outwards and upwards from the center of the area you want to apply.

Use the small roller head of the Pink Quartz Roller Facial Massager for the chin, eye area, eyebrows, lips and nose areas.

For the neck area, start from your chin and move towards your neck 7-8 times. For the cheeks, roll 5-6 times, applying pressure from the cheeks to the ears. For the forehead area, start from the middle of the forehead and roll towards the ears 5-6 times.

Gently move from the inner corner of your eye towards the temple for the under-eye and eyelid area, and up and down from the corner of the eye for the corners of the eye. You can repeat the application 10-15 times.

To increase the relaxing and firming effect of the Pink Quartz Roller Facial Massager, keep it in the refrigerator.

Natural stone rollers and gua shas increase the absorption of skin care products such as oil, serum and cream that you apply to your skin.

Cleaning

Gently wipe the surface of the Pink Quartz Roller Facial Massager with a cloth moistened with soapy water that does not contain chemicals and irritants.

Note: Never clean with high temperature water. Do not immerse the Pink Quartz Roller Facial Massager directly into water.

You can return the product(s) you have purchased free of charge within 14 days after receiving your order.

The product(s) must not have lost their resalable condition. If the product itself, its box, or packaging is deformed in any way, the return will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear and bikinis with the protective strip removed.

Applying tape, labels, or any other adhesives on the product packaging or box will cause the product to lose its resalable condition, and such returns will not be accepted.

Each order is entitled to one free return shipment. If an order contains multiple products and these products are returned separately in different shipments, the first return shipment is free, but a shipping fee of 79 TL will be charged for each additional return package.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with cash-on-delivery shipping.

Refunds

If the returned products meet the return conditions, the refund process will be completed within 10 days and forwarded to your bank. The refunded amount is typically reflected in credit card accounts within 1-3 business days, while this process may take longer for debit cards, depending on your bank. Refunds for installment payments are processed in installments due to bank policies. You can track the refund process by contacting your bank.
