Tower Model Tile Censer

Censers are tools that help us feel the unique properties of essential oils, one of the most prominent components of aromatherapy, through the olfactory system.

The Tower Model Tile Incense Burner, made entirely of ceramic material, was specially designed to give you an effective aromatherapy experience. Our incense burners, each individually handmade, have a visually unique structure.

How to use the incense burner?

Fill the water reservoir of the Tower Model Tile Censer with some water and add a few drops of the aromatherapeutic essential oils of your choice.

Place a lit candle (tealight) in the candle chamber at the bottom of the Tower Model Tile Censer. With the heat of the candle, the water-essential oil mixture at the top of the censer will gradually heat up and the essential oil will evaporate, allowing you to scent your environment.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children. After using the candle, make sure it is completely extinguished. Attention should be paid to the use of incense burners in environments where children and pets are present.

Free Returns

You can return the product(s) you have purchased free of charge within 14 days after receiving your order.

The product(s) must not have lost their resalable condition. If the product itself, its box, or packaging is deformed in any way, the return will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear and bikinis with the protective strip removed.

Applying tape, labels, or any other adhesives on the product packaging or box will cause the product to lose its resalable condition, and such returns will not be accepted.

Each order is entitled to one free return shipment. If an order contains multiple products and these products are returned separately in different shipments, the first return shipment is free, but a shipping fee of 79 TL will be charged for each additional return package.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with cash-on-delivery shipping.

Refunds

If the returned products meet the return conditions, the refund process will be completed within 10 days and forwarded to your bank. The refunded amount is typically reflected in credit card accounts within 1-3 business days, while this process may take longer for debit cards, depending on your bank. Refunds for installment payments are processed in installments due to bank policies. You can track the refund process by contacting your bank.
